The Community Free Clinic is a nonprofit clinic in Concord, NC providing free healthcare for uninsured residents in Cabarrus County. Sponsors and partners help make this work possible.

Their support helps fund patient care, medications, diagnostic services, and coordinated referrals. It also strengthens programs that improve long term health outcomes for the people we serve.
