The Community Free Clinic provides free, coordinated healthcare for uninsured residents in Cabarrus County. We measure impact in two ways: patient health outcomes and community value.

Consistent primary care and medication access improve long term health. In the most recent reporting period, the clinic achieved measurable progress in two major chronic conditions -high blood pressure (hypertension) and diabetes (A1C).
