Your donation keeps medical care free for uninsured residents living in Cabarrus County. The Community Free Clinic has served our community since 1994, helping patients access primary care, medications, testing, and coordinated specialty support when they cannot afford insurance.

During the 2024 to 2025 fiscal year, clinic services saved the hospital system $3.5 million. For every dollar spent, the clinic provided $13.22 in services.
