Community Free Clinic is pleased to welcome Carolinas Care Partnership for a special onsite health outreach event offering free, confidential services and education.

Services available include:

• Free STD/STI testing

• HIV testing

• HIV prevention education

• Information about PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), a medication that helps prevent HIV

• Free condoms

• Resources and support for individuals living with HIV

Access to preventive healthcare and reliable health information helps individuals make informed decisions and stay healthy. Whether you have questions, need testing, want to learn more about HIV prevention, or are seeking support services, Carolinas Care Partnership's team will be available to help.
