Community Free Clinic provides health and pharmacy
services...free of charge. Your contribution allows
the work of professional and other volunteer staff to serve
those in need who do not have the means to attain
these
services. |

| Did you know: |

- $20 buys one month of test strips for 1 diabetic patient
- $75 buys glucometers for 5 patients
- $100 provides medicine bottles for the patients
for one month
- $250 buys one day of medications for our
patients
- $500 provides one week of interpreting services
- $1,500 provides one week of pharmacy services to
Medicare patients

Funding
and materials are always in great demand. Donations
may be made in person, by mail or by
completing our
secure
on-line donation form. We
gladly
 accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
You may direct your gift between General
Operating Fund and our Endowment Fund. Please

addition to monetary contributions, donations of goods
and/or services are much appreciated and
immediately useable. Items such as exam
gloves, alcohol pads and syringes are needed in the clinic. See
